For some clients, SRCC partners with Strathmore Business School in the management of a Corporate Academy which specializes in helping organizations to identify areas where they are faced with strategic challenges and developing a program of knowledge and practice to over­come these challenges.

The Corporate Academy methodology involves carrying out a leadership and man­agement capacity analysis, identifying areas of need and developing courses and pro­grams to address these needs. The result is a program that is customized to the unique requirements of the organization and targets priority areas as defined by the organiza­tion. This in turn enables the organization to leverage on the new knowledge and prac­tices to deliver organizational objectives and goals. The courses are delivered using various methodologies including classroom lecture sessions, in-house training sessions, workshops, and residential courses.  The facilitators for the Corporate Academy include highly experienced, professional practitioners in the industry, lecturers from IESE Business School, and lecturers from Lagos Business School and University of Toronto.
